tachycardia, hypersensitivity, acute MI, mysathenia gravis, glaucoma, hypothermic
bradycardia, GI obstruction
adverse rxns/side effects
tachycardia, restlessness, blurred vision, dry mouth/nose/skin, n/v, flushing, urinary
retention, constipation; paradoxical bradycardia
dose: unstable bradycardia
0.5mg IV/IO every 3-5minutes max 0.04mg/kg
dose: Organophosphate poisoning
up to 2-4mg may be needed
