point of view employs the pronoun “you.” “Sometimes you cannot clearly discern between anger and frustration.”
3rd person point of view
point of view uses pronouns like “he,” “she,” “it,” “they,” or a name. “ Stewart is a principled man. He acts by the book and never lets you

The method used by a writer to develop a character. appearance, actions, thoughts, speech, or other character's reaction to them.
conflict
A struggle between opposing forces or characters, internal or external, that shapes and motivates the plot.

foreshadowing
A warning or indication of a future event. The author drops subtle hints about the plot that comes later in the story.
hyperbole
A deliberate and obvious exaggeration that is used for effect and not meant to be taken seriously.
imagery
Writing or language that evokes one or more of the five senses.
symbolism
The use of symbols to represent something abstract by something concrete.
theme
a broad idea in a story, or a message, or lesson, conveyed by work. ask: What is the |"work" about? It is NEVER just one word
