What is the purpose of making your program closed source?
It prevents users altering the code for personal gain or malicious use.
What is the purpose of making your program open source?
This means anybody is able to modify the code as they wish and help develop the software further

It makes a symbol table to match labels and addresses
What is an advantage of using a Compiler?
It protects the program from malicious use or modification and it is optimized.
What is a disadvantage of using a Compiler?
It is architecture specific.
What are the stages of Compilation?
Lexical Analysis, Sytax Analysis, Code Generation and Optimisation.
What is the advantage of using a Library?
For tasks that require a certain level of expertise, it provides pre-tested code, they are pre-compiled and error free.
What are the two types of likers?
