Elevation
superior movement/upward movement (only refers to scapula or jaw)

Occur as a combination of movements of several joints of the feet or "Turning In" Elevates the
foots medial side/ sole of foot medially
Eversion
Occur as a comination of movements of several joints of feet "Turns Out" Elevates the foots
lateral sid eand moves the sole laterally
Plantar Flexion
Only refers to movement at ankle/ Moving the ankle to point your foot into the earth or stepping
on gas peddle.
Dorsi Flexion
Only refers to movement at the ankle. Releasing the gas peddle.
