critical thinking
Process in which one seeks to determine the validity of conclusions based on sound reasoning. Questions hidden bias, experimental design....
deductive reasoning
is a logical process in which a conclusion is based on the concordance of multiple premises that are generally assumed to be true.
ecosystem
system consisting of organisms and their environment and all of the interactions that exist between these components.
evolution
Process that leads to structural, functional and behavioral changes in species, making them better able to survive in their environment
experiment

theory
principles of science - the broader generalizations about the world and its components. Supported by considerable scientific research.
