Aflatoxin

MycotoxinProduced by Aspergillus mold. When dairy cattle eat moldy grain or hay, this toxin shows up inthe milk. Toxin is damaging to liver.

Parasite. Associated with raw or undercooked fish. esp-salmon, cod, and haddock. Small white worm-lives in throat. Freeze to kill

UHT Pasteurization

Ultra High Temperature. Kills not only pathogens but also spoilage bacteria.
