Pronoun
A word which is used instead of a noun.
Personal pronoun
I, you, he, she it, we, they
Objective Personal Pronouns
me, you, her, him, it, us, them and her.
Possessive personal pronouns
yours, mine, his, hers, ours, theirs, its.
Demonstrative Pronoun
Words used to point out the objects. (This, that, these, those)
Interrogative Pronoun
To ask a question (who, whom, which, where, whoever, wherever, whichever, whatever).
Relative Pronoun
Joins statements, performing the word of a pronoun and also work of a conjuction. (Who, which,
that, whom, whoever, whomever, whichever).
Indefinite Pronoun
Denote persons or things in a general way but do not refer to any particular person or thing.
(many, some, everything, any, none, everyone).
Reflexive Pronoun
Subject and object are the same, removing affects meaning. (Myself, ourselves, himself,
herself, themselves, yourself, yourselves, itself).
Intensive pronoun
Emphasizes noun or pronoun. Removing won't change meaning of sentence. (myself, himself,
themselves)
