Used for limits on fredom of speech that are constitutional, if the language it prohibits would result in lawless action
Clear & Present Danger Test
States that Congress may not prohibt exercise of a religion, as long as it doesn't infringe upon other people's rights
Free Exercise Clause
Requires broadcasting station to provide adequate coverage to public issues and to be fair in covering and reflecting opposing views
Fairness Doctrine
